Michael Storm, Partner, has over 20 years experience in Executive Search with main focus on strategic assignments for clients in Information Technology, Media and Professional Services. He has completed more than 250 assignments for both national and international companies. His professional career included positions within sales and marketing in the IT and entertainment industries. In 1973, he joined IBM where he worked for 13 years initially in Denmark and his last position was Market Competitive Manager, IBM Europe (Paris). In 1995 he was assigned to establish and build up Heidrick & Struggles in Denmark and became Managing Partner in 1996. His last position was Senior Partner and Director, member of the Heidrick & Struggles Worldwide Information Technology Practice and member of the NED (Non Executive Directors) Practice. Mid 2001 he relocated to UK were he founded his own Consulting firm in Business Development, Executive Search and Management Assessment and joined Hightech Partners in 2003 Mr. Storm has a M.Sc. degree from the Copenhagen School of Economics and a Bachelor degree in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Montpellier (France). He is married with two children and resides in Copenhagen, Denmark.
