Barry Dreyer is
the Managing Partner of ITP Worldwide in New Zealand. He helped set up Peat
Marwick Consulting in Auckland in the early '80s before moving to Fleet & Partners in 1986 as a shareholder and since 1996 as Managing Partner.
Fleet & Partners Ltd is the New Zealand shareholder in ITP Worldwide. His
earlier experience was with Challenge Corporation, subsequently Fletcher
Challenge Limited, New Zealand's largest company, with a final role as Group
Personnel Manager with specific responsibilities for Management and Career
Development of the top 200 Managers.
He has a Master of Public Policy Degree from Victoria University of
Wellington, and was earlier a graduate from the four year Officer Training
Programme at the Royal Military College, Duntroon, Australia.
He had fourteen years regular army service as an Artillery Officer including
active service in the Republic of Vietnam, before moving to commerce.
