Statement of Principles &
Responsibilities
ITP Worldwide is a global alliance of
private, independently owned executive search firms focused on technology
recruiting
We
have seven member firms in more than fourteen countries in all three
major economic zones: Asia Pacific, North America and Europe
The
member firms operate with the professionalism and scope of a large
international firm, but without any of the inherent restrictions or
conflicts
Member firms
participate in the global alliance on an exclusive basis for the
betterment of their respective clients.
A client
referral will be made to another ITP Worldwide member only when it
benefits the client.
A referred
client will be provided services by all ITP member firms to an
exacting global standard of professionalism that is documented and
audited.
Client
queries will be responded to by the appropriate member firms within
24 hours.
When a
client referral results in a search, the receiving firm will retain
the entire resulting fee apart from a small portion which will be
contributed to ITP to strengthen the organization.
Member firms
collaborate to provide seamless international support to clients in
their search and selection requirements.
All member
firms are committed to investing the time and resources required to
make ITP Worldwide the recognized leader in retained executive
search for the global technology marketplace.
